Every package includes pre-production planning, on-location or studio filming, editing, basic colour correction, licensed music, and final file delivery. Higher tiers add motion graphics, voiceover, advanced grading, and more revision rounds. If you need something outside the listed features, we can create a custom add-on quote.
Yes. We ask for a 40% deposit upon signing the project agreement. The remaining 60% is due upon delivery of the final files. For Enterprise projects, we offer milestone-based billing split across three payments to keep cash flow manageable.
Absolutely. If you realise mid-project that you need additional footage, motion graphics, or extra revision rounds, we will provide a transparent quote for the add-on before proceeding. There are never any surprise charges.
We do. Brands that need ongoing video content — such as monthly social reels or quarterly campaign videos — can benefit from a retainer arrangement that locks in a discounted rate and guarantees priority scheduling. Contact us to discuss the details.
Client satisfaction is our top priority. Each package includes revision rounds specifically for fine-tuning the edit. If you feel the final product does not meet the agreed brief after all revisions have been used, we will schedule a call to discuss next steps and find a fair resolution together.
